Ian Macfarlane

Ian Macfarlane AC is best known as the former governor of the Reserve Bank of Australia between 1996 and 2006. As a lifelong reader of history and biography, he has long wanted to share with the public the stories of these remarkable people. His previous book was The Search for Stability, based on his 2006 Boyer Lectures.
