Duncan Rouch

Dr Duncan Rouch has a varied and substantial experience, as an independent scientist, including project management, and as a strategic planner, in both Australia and the UK, including work at Oxford University. He has over 70 publications, in scientific journals and books. His current interests include the environment, sustainable industry and agriculture, education systems, and research management. He is also a Co-founder of the Clarendon Policy & Strategy Group.
